i think this is a case of you've got to try one on before you buy it. while i like big bags like my Speedy 35's the Alma MM was too big for me, i think because it's so structured - it doesn't have any give so it felt bulky to me. so i have 2 in the PM size which is much more comfortable for me and my lifestyle. i've seen smaller women look beautiful .
